My stay at Kokoa Hotel Cusco was truly unforgettable. The hotel's modern and clean atmosphere was impressive. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room looked just like it did in the pictures. Plus, the hotel's location was quiet and ideal, right next to Cusco's main square and close to the city's best restaurants.

We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They let us check in early and store our bags after check out, which was very convenient. The location was perfect, close to all the highlights but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. We also loved the comfortable beds and the big TV with Netflix.
To our stay. One of the front desk staff members was not very friendly, which was a bit disappointing.

had a relaxing holiday at a brand new hotel in cusco. staff went above and beyond, allowing us to check in early and even providing a packed lunch when we missed breakfast due to tours. rooms were clean and comfortable, and showers were amazing.
Microwave in common area would have been nice.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, with a hot shower and toiletries provided. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel even allowed us to have a late checkout. a highly recommended place to relax after a day of travel or tours.
The noise from nearby bars was a bit bothersome, especially if you're a light sleeper. It would be great if they could have a microwave in the dining area for guests to reheat food.
